53.2 g of 2,4-dibromoanisole (B30), 40.4 g of 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol, 3.81 g of copper iodide, 150 g of triethylamine, 75 g of tetrahydrofuran, and 14.0 g of bis ( Triphenylphosphine) palladium (II) dichloride was mixed, and the temperature was raised to 60 C and stirred for 7 hours.After cooling to room temperature, filtration was performed, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure.
