Step 4. Synthesis of 11-t-butoxycarbonylamino-3,6,9-trioxaundecylamine 3 g of 1,11-diamino-3,6,9-trioxaundecane obtained in the above step 3 was dissolved in 5 mL of tetrahydrofuran, and then a solution of 1.14 of di-t-butyl dicarbonate in 5 mL of tetrahydrofuran was added dropwise under ice cooling.
