Light yellowsolid, yield 85%. 1H NMR spectrum, delta, ppm: 3.92 s(3H), 4.03 s (3H), 6.74 d (J = 8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.01 d (J =7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.44-7.53 m (2H), 7.90 d (J = 8.5 Hz,1H). 13C NMR spectrum, delta, ppm: 56.03, 56.06, 102.24,108.31, 114.68, 117.16, 121.65, 127.15, 127.21,141.18, 153.64, 157.04.
