The mixture was diluted with water (5 mL), and extracted with EtOAc (20 mL). The organic layer was washed with brine (10 mL), dried over Na2504, filtered, and concentrated. The residue was purified byprep-TLC to give the title compound N-(7-(2-isopropoxyphenyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2- yl)-3-methyl-2,3,4,S-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-amine(9 mg, yield: 9%).
