To a solution of compound 3 (400 mg, 1.0 mmol) and 4-(2-methoxyethoxy)aniline (0.2 g, 1.2 mmol) in 8 ml dioxane was added 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid monohydrate (0.15g, 0.8 mmol). After removal of solvent, the crude product was subject to chromatography on silica gel (hexane:EtOAc = 1 :1). 0.40 g of the title compound 5 was obtained: MS m/z: 530.1, 532.1(M+H+).
