The residue was purified by flash column chromatography over silica gel using dichloromethane and methanol as eluents. The product fractions were collected and the solvent was evaporated.Yield: 1.065 g of intermediate 30 (90%)LCMS method 1 : MH+ = 537, RT = 1.035 min
