The THF solution (20 mL) ofthe phosphorus trichloride (2.6 mL, 30mmol) was dropped here at 78 degree C, and it stirredat the room temperature for 1 hour. It removed under decompression of a solvent and anexcessive phosphorus trichloride, THF (50 mL) was newly added, and the solution of thecompound 4 was obtained. The solution of the compound 2 of the preceding paragraph wasdropped here at 78 degree C, and it stirred at the room temperature for 2 hours to make the solution of the compound 5.
