(24 h) and monitored by HPLC.The reaction mixture was concentrated and then ether was added and the mixturefiltered. The solids were washed with ether and the combined ether washesconcentrated in vacuo. The resulting adduct 2m1 was purified by chromatography(SiO2, 15percent EtOAc/hexanes) to obtain as a yellow oil (2.11g, 99percent). MS electrospray:(M + H)+; 280 and (M – H)-; 278.
